Katrine Levin is a London-based art adviser and curator specialising in extraordinary contemporary artists from places less explored.

After founding Katrine Levin Galleries, she has represented artists from Georgia and China's Yunnan Province, placing works in international private and public collections, including The British Museum.

After nearly a decade of exhibitions and art fairs in London and internationally, including New York and Dubai, Katrine Levin Galleries has evolved into Katrine Levin Art Advisory.

This change allows Katrine more freedom to discover the extraordinary and time for a more personal focus on collectors, artists and new curatorial projects when something irresistible comes along.

Select highlights: Katrine Levin Galleries has taken its artists to London, New York and Dubai. Along the way, Chen Li’s woodblock print entered The British Museum’s collection and was displayed as an exceptional example of modern Chinese art; Gao Xiang’s painting found an unexpected second life on the label of an award-winning Italian wine; and Levan Lagidze’s monograph was acquired by The British Museum Library ahead of his major retrospective at Georgia’s national Museum of Fine Arts. More recently, the journey came full circle in collaboration with an institutional exhibition of Gao Xiang’s paintings and sculptures in Yunnan, where it all began.
